Visa Payment & Collection
- Open Metrash app > Visa > Operations
- Select “Pay Visa Fees” > “Choose Visa Number”
- Make payment via debit/credit card

Medical Procedures
Required for adults within 7 days of entry

Medical Results
- Published via Metrash within 24 hours

- Visit Medical Commission with documents
Fingerprint Registration
Required for adults after medical
- Location: CID Fingerprint Section (Salwa Road)
- Timing: 7 AM – 12 PM
- Documents:
- Visa copy

- Finger print application form (signed)
- Sponsor ID copy
- Fee: No charge
- Processing: 24 hours to 7 days
Qatar ID (QID) Procedures
National Address Requirement
- Must be updated in Metrash
- Required for QID delivery via Q-Post
QID Issuance
- Metrash > Residency > Residency Procedures > Issue Residency
- Enter visa number and details
- Provide delivery address
- Pay 500 QAR via card (Debit or Credit)
Delivery Time: 3-7 days (In case of delays, please contact Metrash Customer Care at 2342000 for assistance.
Visa Validity
- 365 days after QID issuance
QID Renewal
- Metrash > Residency > Renewal
- Enter QID number
- Update delivery address
- Pay 500 QAR renewal fee
QID Cancellation
- Metrash > Residency > Cancellation
- Enter QID number
- Pay 50 QAR cancellation fee
